9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Health Screenings Gundersen Lutheran will provide skin cancer screenings, bone density readings, functional fitness assessments and blood pressure checks FREE. For a nominal fee, get your cholesterol tested.   9:15 a.m. Crowning the Queen for the Day with Z-93 Who will get the coveted title of Queen for the Day? Be there for the coronation of the queen and her court of four princesses. The first 250 people at the Women’s Expo get a free tiara so they can feel like royalty, too (see 11:45 a.m. guest speaker for more “royal treatment”). 9:30 a.m. “Free Yourself from Dieting with Intuitive Eating,” with Diane Kelbel, RD Many women have discovered that diets don’t work. Intuitive eating is a refreshing approach that helps women improve their relationship with their bodies and food. Everyone has an intuitive eater inside and this program shares the basic principles to help you find her. 10 a.m. Cooking Demo with Chef Chris Roderique Chef Chris, chef and owner of Piggy’s Restaurant in downtown La Crosse, will share how to prepare Tomato Basil Bisque. 10:30 a.m. Meet “The Doctors” Bring your medical questions for our panel of experts including Joseph Benacci, MD, Plastic Surgery; Smita Raja, MD, General Internal Medicine; Mary Alvarado, MD, Obstetrics & Gynecology and Kevin Morgan, MD, Pediatrics.
