| The morning of your surgery you will come to the main hospital entrance at Gundersen Lutheran. You might have to come in for surgery very early in the morning. It might even be when you get up. |

When you get to the hospital you will check in at the pre-admission office. |

| A volunteer will meet you and take you up to the 2nd floor where you will get ready for your surgery. |

| You will wait in another waiting area until your nurse comes to get you. |
