Medicare Part D Resources

On this page are listed many helpful publications about Medicare Part D - Prescription Drug Coverage. Computers are available in the Health Resource Libraries to access these documents. Print copies may be made in the library, which is open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

To talk to someone in-person about options with the Gundersen Lutheran Senior Preferred Plan, visit the Health Plan office located in the Health Resource Center (1st floor, Clinic). The office is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
