Registration is required for all participants.
No registration fee for Wisconsin healthcare providers (must state Wisconsin site of employment in registration form). If you are not a Wisconsin healthcare worker, the cost for the program is $300. Payment can be made by credit card or check.

Location
Live classroom style presentations will be held in the Rasmus Center at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center, 1900 South Avenue, La Crosse, WI. Our facility meets or exceeds ADA standards.
Continuing education
Gundersen Lutheran Health System, Inc. is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Wisconsin Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
This program will meet requirements established by the Minnesota Board of Nursing for Continuing education credits.
Attendance
The number of contact hours granted will depend upon session attendance and completion of requested materials. Attendance will be monitored by completed evaluation forms for each session and successful completion of the related exam questions. A Certificate of Attendance will be presented at the end of the program for the content areas completed.
