Hand Surgery
Our hand surgeons are fellowship trained and care for conditions affecting the hand and wrist. Disorders resulting from traumatic injuries to the bones, joints, tendons and nerves of the upper extremity (arm) are evaluated and managed. When appropriate, microsurgery or arthroscopic surgery is used to provide the best possible surgical outcome.
Chronic disorders of the hand and wrist such as arthritic conditions, nerve compression syndromes, congenital and acquired deformities are also treated by our hand surgeons.
Surgical and non-operative management of hand and wrist disorders, often including occupational therapy, frequently result in significant improvement in quality of life and productivity.
